Summer School in Advanced Economics
The Department has been organizing a Summer School in Advanced Economics since 2013.
The Summer School brings together students and young researchers who are interested in contemporary issues in theoretical and empirical economics. A limited number of participants is selected in each Summer School. This facilitates interaction with the instructors and promotes collaborative working and exchange of ideas among students. In each Summer School, a distinguished economics Professor is invited as the main instructor. Professors that have already taught in the Summer School include Arye Hillman, Thanasis Stengos, Tom Stanley and Sascha Becker.
